Rebecca Youngerman
Principal

Rebecca Youngerman is an independent consultant and leadership coach who works with nonprofit organizations, philanthropies and businesses. Her passion lies in partnering with organizations and individuals who wish to make bold change through their organizational culture. In her capacity at RGY Consulting, Rebecca is also pleased to collaborate with The Group Forward, a collective of consultants and facilitators. 

 

Rebecca brings nearly 25 years of experience working in local, national and international organizations. Her career has taken her to Madison, WI, New York City, Washington, DC, Chicago, Cleveland and San Francisco. During this time, Rebecca has developed and redesigned programs and training opportunities for organizations and their communities. Throughout her career, she has built, trained, and managed multiple teams and nonprofit boards, as well as served in a volunteer capacity on more than a dozen local and national boards.

Rebecca earned a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She received a Masters in Public Administration, a certificate in Organizational Change and a B.A. in Political Science from American University’s School of Public Affairs. Rebecca is a certified facilitator and completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School, Columbia University’s Business School and the Kellogg School of Management. She was part of the inaugural cohort of the Schusterman Fellowship.
