Rebecca is an independent consultant who works primarily with nonprofit organizations of varying sizes. Her passion lies in partnering with organizations and individuals who wish to make bold change through their organizational culture. In her capacity at RGY Consulting, Rebecca is also pleased to collaborate with The Group Forward, a collective of consultants and facilitators.
Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector for local, national and international organizations. Her career has taken her to New York City, Washington, DC, Chicago, Cleveland and San Francisco. During this time, Rebecca has developed and redesigned programs and training opportunities for nonprofits and their communities. Throughout her career, she has built, trained, and managed multiple boards, as well as served in a volunteer capacity on more than a dozen local and national boards.
Rebecca holds a certificate in Facilitation from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership. She received a Masters in Public Administration, a certificate in Organizational Change and a B.A. in Political Science from American University’s School of Public Affairs. She completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Columbia University’s Business School. Rebecca is part of the inaugural cohort of the Schusterman Family Foundation Fellowship. She is based in New York City.
